Job Summary:
- Oversee all IT and computer systems
- Experience with installing and maintaining camera systems, servers and networks
- Troubleshoot all IT services as needed and assist employees with reported issues while utilizing troubleshooting techniques to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide routine information technology (IT) customer support in maintaining computing systems, printers and other peripherals.
- Performs routine checks of malware and antivirus software solutions to ensure proper enterprise-wide protection.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and follow security policy and procedures.
- Previous experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues (Windows and MAC O/S, internet systems, and networking)
- Successfully handle a wide range of hardware and network technology issues
- Set-up and install new workstations.
- Data entry and retrieval of information
- Complete administrative functions and general duties including but not limited to computer data entry, copying, filing, faxing and answering phones.
- Handling issues and/or complaints; refers issues/complaints to immediate supervisor as needed.
- Install Network cable of various types as needed to further the network infrastructure.
- Maintains a cooperative relationship among co-workers by communicating information; responding to requests; building rapport; participating in team problem-solving methods.
- Installs and programs TV’s, phones, printers etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Suites. Knowledge of office procedures and policies.
- Knowledge of grammar and spelling.
- Minimum 5-10 years IT experience required
- Must maintain a current and valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Associates or Bachelors in IT related field preferred
- Other Recognized Certifications: Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA
- Must be able to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Walk, stand, sit, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, use hands and lift up to 50lbs, 2/3’s of the time
