Job Summary:
Billing and Regulatory Reporting
- Execute monthly ICF-DD Medicaid billing with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with SSA and Medicaid offices to resolve client fund issues
- Prepare and submit required reports to SSA, DHH, and Medicaid in accordance with regulatory timelines
- Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready records of all resident financial accounts
- Monitor daily activity and balances across individual client fund accounts
- Reconcile monthly client fund balances with resident ledger accounts
- Calculate and process resident wages in compliance with program standards
- Ensure wage documentation is complete, accurate, and properly archived
- Monitor wage disbursements and maintain reconciliation records
- Support families in understanding Medicaid and SSA reporting requirements
- Facilitate transparent communication and documentation for financial planning and fund usage
- Provide families with clear, accessible guidance on client fund management, wage disbursements, and allowable expenditures
- Calculate quarterly Club Income and ensure proper allocation to resident accounts
- Support special finance and compliance projects with minimal supervision
- Experience in Medicaid billing, SSA coordination, and nonprofit financial management
- Strong understanding of ICF-DD regulations and client fund compliance- Preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate financial processes clearly to families and staff
- Proficiency in reconciliation, documentation, and regulatory reporting
- High School Diploma or GED or higher
- Must be able to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Walk, stand, sit, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, use hands and lift up to 50lbs, 2/3’s of the time
