 Job Summary:
 
Holy Angels is in search of an entry-level, full-time Development Coordinator. The Development Coordinator assists the Senior Director of Development and the Development Manager in executing marketing and development plans that support the organization’s mission, programs, and fundraising initiatives. This role provides essential support across events, communications, and branding, while performing other duties as assigned.

 Specific Skills and Responsibilities
 
·        Assist the Development Manager with planning and executing fundraising and awareness-building events throughout the year,     
         including sponsor and vendor solicitation, brand management, and collaboration with the development team and volunteer 
         committees to achieve event goals
·        Support the coordination and distribution of internal and external communications, including e-newsletters, direct mail, and social 
         media
·        Help maintain consistent use of the Holy Angels brand across all projects and programs, including logos, PMS colors, fonts, and 
        messaging
·        Collaborate with the team to develop content and provide input for Holy Angels’ social media platforms and website
·        Support the Development Team as a point of contact for Holy Angels Champions by coordinating events, assisting with marketing  
        and fundraising efforts, and attending related activities
·        Assist with the setup and execution of annual events such as Angel Run, TASTE, Most Influential Woman, and other fundraising 
         initiatives, as well as community pop-up events as needed. This role includes occasional nights and weekends
·        Work closely with the Senior Director of Development on special projects, following established design templates and guidelines
·        Demonstrate accountability, reliability, and professionalism while reflecting Holy Angels’ mission, values, and policies in all work 
         activities
·      Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Suites. Knowledge of office procedures and policies, Knowledge of grammar and spelling


Qualifications:
 
·        Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing or Development
·        Must maintain a current and valid driver’s license
 
Education: 
·        High School Diploma or GED Required
·        Bachelors in Marketing, Graphic Arts or related field required 
 
Work Environment:
 
·        Must be able to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
 
Physical Demands:
 
·        Walk, stand, sit, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, use hands and lift up to 50lbs, 2/3’s of the time
